The Plinth started during Fall of 2011 in the halls of Atlantic Acting School. As a diverse group of artists from across the globe, we have grown for two years striving to build a theatre company from the ground up, carrying out Practical Aesthetics training forward and out into the world.

As an ensemble of actors from all over the world, we are interested in the playful tangle of language, movement, musicality, and most importantly, the Truth. We want to get closer to the truth, to each other, and to the world that affects us, so that we may affect it."
